In recent year Japan shown interest to hire foreigners workers. In fact due to labour shortage in many sector of Japan foreigners worker are becoming necessity .
Types of Japan visa
In general terms Japan visa can be grouped in these categories.
Non-working Visa.
This visa are designed for
- students,
- Short term stay visitors,
- those involved in cultural activities.
Family Visa
Under this visa it is possible to work freely in Japan. This visa is for
- spouse and children of Japanese national
- long term resident and permanent resident

Working Visa

How to apply for Japanese work visa
To getting a work visa in Japan is a two steps process
- Obtain certificate of eligibility (COE)
- Exchange that COE for an actual work visa
Step 1.
Those who have received a job offer letter who wish to engage a foreigner worker in Japan must first make application for CEO. One the COE is completed with all documents, the documents are submitted to the Japan immigration officer for review.
Step 2.
Once the COE is granted and received , the applicant can then take that COE to the Japanese Embassy in their country of residense to have it converted to the work visa. This process take only few business day.
